History
From small beginnings in 2003, EverEdgeIP has grown to become New Zealand’s largest intellectual property commercialisation firm.
Today, we work with clients throughout New Zealand and the world. We also own a substantial portfolio of patents, design rights, trademarks and copyrighted material, across a diverse range of technology and product applications. These are actively licensed or sold to major manufacturers and corporations around the world.

EverEdge IP wins the Gold Award for Best Export Product at the Plastics Institute of New Zealand Biennial Awards.
EverEdge IP is a finalist in the Best Commercialisation of Intellectual Property in International Business category of the New Zealand International Business Awards 2010.

Silver medal awarded in the international Society of Plastics Engineers Thermoforming Division’s Roll Fed Thin Gauge Food category. |
| August 2010 | Dannon launches CrushPak® in Argentina and Canada. |
| April 2010 | Dannon launches CrushPak® in Spain and Mexico. |
| March 2010 | CrushPak® so impresses Dannon that it awards EverEdgeIP the Innovation category in its 2010 Supplier of the Year Awards. This is a significant achievement given that Dannon has around 6000 suppliers in the United States alone. |

EverEdge IP is accepted into Global IP Law Group, an elite international team that specialises in monetising intellectual property by providing services, insight, and global resources to large and small companies, independent inventors, and universities seeking value for their intellectual property assets. |

An agreement is reached for our Proflow® technology to be used in a new medical device due for release in the United States in 2011. |
| January 2009 | Dannon launches CrushPak® in the United States. |
| October 2008 |
Dannon, the United States subsidiary of the world’s largest dairy manufacturer, Danone, signs a licensing contract to use CrushPak® technology in the United States. |
| July 2007 |
EverEdge IP wins the Start up of the Year and Excellence in Innovation categories of the Enterprise North Shore awards, and is a finalist in the Excellence in Technology category. |
| August 2007 |
Edward Scott (EverEdge IP’s Vice President – Operations) wins the Bayer/National Business Review Innovators Award for Design and Engineering. |
| October 2006 |
EverEdge IP’s services are widened to offer a comprehensive range of commercialisation assistance to corporations, medium-sized enterprises, small enterprises, innovators, start-ups, investors and the public sector. |
| January 2003 |
EverEdge IP (formerly ‘Inveratek’) was established to develop and commercialise highly innovative technologies, such as CrushPak® and ProFlow®. |
The successful commercialisation of these technologies leads to numerous intellectual property asset owners and developers contracting EverEdge IP to commercialise their intellectual property.
