Richard Colonel has worked in the field of technology development and intellectual property for over 40 years, and has provided intellectual property management support to a broad variety of high–technology firms in the United States and New Zealand.
Richard was previously the Senior Intellectual Property Manager at Boeing, a role he held for over 10 years. In this role he oversaw the preparation of all commercial contracts and intellectual property agreements. He also negotiated numerous multi–million dollar contracts and licensing agreements between Boeing and a wide range of suppliers. Prior to his executive management roles, he also worked in a variety of technical positions at the company including Research Engineer, Senior Research & Development Chemist and Senior Engineer.
Richard holds an MBA from City University, a law degree from La Salle University, and Science and Mathematics degrees.
